The short answer
We run websites, search, paid ads, social and hosting for Logan businesses, with one account manager instead of four suppliers and a ticket queue. Retainers are month to month, projects are fixed price, and our office sits at Pallara on the Logan boundary.
Four map pack spots and a long queue for them
Logan is a hard market to be ordinary in. A few categories carry an unusual share of the local business base, so mechanics, tyre shops, towing, skip bins and mobile trades all fight the same neighbours for the same four positions on a phone screen.
Disability services make it sharper again. Logan has one of the densest concentrations of NDIS providers in Queensland, so a support coordination or in home support business here competes with far more local rivals than it would in Toowoomba. We market for providers rather than deliver supports, so what we help with is being found and being chosen.
Then there's the traffic from both ends of the motorway. Brisbane southside operators list Logan in their service areas, northern Gold Coast businesses run up the M1, and neither pays rent here. So you aren't only competing with Slacks Creek and Browns Plains, but with everyone who can reach Logan inside forty minutes and has decided to advertise into it.
None of which makes the market unwinnable. It does mean the usual advice, spread the budget everywhere and hope, will burn a year.
What one team looks after
The website first, because every channel points at it and a slow site quietly wastes the rest of the budget. Then search, which does the heavy lifting in the suburbs you can genuinely reach and keeps working after you stop paying for clicks.
Then Google Ads, for categories where organic will take two years or where you need enquiries this week. Then Meta and the rest of social, which matters more in Logan than most markets because so much referral traffic moves through community groups.
Then call tracking, so you know which suburb and channel each enquiry came from. Hosting and support stay with us as well, so a broken form on a Friday is our problem.
Know when to stop fighting a keyword and just buy the click
Run your main search term on your own phone, standing at your own front counter, and count what sits above the first ordinary organic result. In a lot of Logan categories you'll scroll past three ads, a map pack you can't crack on proximity, a People Also Ask box and a directory before a business like yours appears.
That count is the decision. If the organic space left is a page and a half down and the map pack is held by listings with hundreds of reviews, the click in that category is for sale rather than for winning, and paid search with a sharp landing page earns work while the organic build happens underneath.
The reverse holds too, and it's the part agencies skip because it bills less. When a term shows no ads and a thin map pack, that traffic is cheap to take organically and you shouldn't be paying for it. Plenty of the Logan accounts we audit are buying clicks they already own and ignoring the ones they'd have to work for.
Where our pin sits, and what yours can reach
Our office and Google Business Profile are at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara. It's the only address we have, and it sits on the Brisbane side of the Logan boundary, so unlike most agencies pitching Logan work our map pack reach genuinely extends into it.
Yours has the same physics. The map pack covers what's near your pin, organic covers the suburbs you can write a real page about, and ads cover the rest. Most Logan businesses need two of those running at once, and knowing which is doing the work in each suburb is most of the strategy.
Where else we work
We run marketing for businesses in Underwood, Kuraby, Calamvale, Drewvale and Pallara, plus Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and through Springwood, Woodridge and Beenleigh. Full service areas list.
How the account runs
We read your numbers
Analytics, ad accounts and the suburbs your jobs come from, which is usually not the list you'd guess.
We pick the fights
Which terms to buy, which to earn, and which to leave alone this year.
Your account manager runs it
One person on Queensland time who never needs re briefing.
You get a report you can read
Leads first, spend second, and a note on anything that went backwards.
What working with us is like
Everything under one roof.
Design, search, ads, social and hosting from one 32 person team, so the ads stop promising what the landing page doesn't say.
Close enough to turn up.
The office is at Pallara, minutes from the boundary, and managed support answers in 1 to 3 hours.
Leads counted once, not three times.
When three suppliers each claim the same enquiry as their win, the numbers stop meaning anything. One team counting one set of leads is the only way a report stays honest.
"We've had three suppliers and nobody was accountable."
That's the usual story. A designer who vanished, an SEO retainer nobody could explain, hosting overseas. One team and one account manager is the whole point.
