The short answer
We design and build websites for Logan businesses, from a four page trade site through to a full online store, on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow. Builds are fixed scope and fixed price, hosting is Australian, and there's no lock in contract. Our team of 32 works from Pallara, on the Logan boundary.
Most of Logan's businesses are in a shed, not an office
Drive Kingston Road from Underwood down through Slacks Creek and count the offices. There aren't many. There are panel shops, tyre bays, car yards and cabinet makers, then the industrial estates at Crestmead, Berrinba and Marsden, then the transport yards where the Logan Motorway meets the Pacific Motorway.
The rest of the local economy runs on care and retail. Logan Hospital and the Meadowbrook precinct pull allied health around them, Logan Central Plaza and Grand Plaza at Browns Plains carry the shops, and disability providers sit thicker on the ground here than almost anywhere else in Queensland.
What all of it shares is the buyer. Nobody here is being judged by a procurement panel on Eagle Street. They're being judged by a homeowner in Springwood, a foreman in Berrinba, or a fleet manager working down a list of four numbers.
What a Logan trade or transport site has to get right
A tappable phone number on every screen size, because plenty of your enquiries are never typed into a form.
Service pages. One per thing you actually do, named the way customers say it rather than the way your industry says it. Emergency electrician, tilt tray towing, hot water replacement, forklift hire.
Proof. Photos of your own trucks, crew and finished work, not a stock library hard hat.
The details that decide a quote. Service area, hours, after hours availability, and your QBCC licence number if you hold one, since Queensland licensees carry it in advertising and buyers check.
The form: four fields and a photo upload, because a homeowner who sends a picture of the leaking hot water system saves you a site visit. If you sell parts, Shopify rather than a cart bolted onto a brochure site.
Build for the worst phone on the worst connection
Most websites get signed off on a 27 inch monitor plugged into office fibre. The buyer opens it on a three year old Android, on one bar, standing in a Crestmead street, because something has broken.
That gap is where a lot of web design money quietly disappears. The autoplay hero video, the four web fonts and the two megabyte photo of a truck all load before your phone number does. Test on a real handset on mobile data before launch, and set a page weight budget in the scope.
The second argument worth having is about the form. Most trade sites ask for name, email, phone, suburb, service, preferred date and a message. Every extra field costs completions, and four fields with an optional photo will out convert seven where the customer is standing next to the problem.
And if a tap to call isn't a recorded conversion, you'll rebuild the page that looks nicest instead of the one that pays.
Our pin sits closer to Logan than most agencies' pins
Our office and our Google Business Profile sit at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara, on the Brisbane side of the Logan boundary and a short run down Beaudesert Road from Browns Plains. That's unusual for an agency selling into Logan. Most sit in the inner north, where map pack reach runs out well before Springwood. Ours genuinely covers Logan's northern and western side, though not Beenleigh.
Your pin behaves the same way. A workshop in Slacks Creek holds map pack positions across Springwood, Underwood and Woodridge, then fades around Loganholme. A mobile operator working from home in Park Ridge should hide the street address, set a service area and put the effort into organic pages.
Other parts of the south side we build for
Same team, different local detail. We also build in Underwood, Kuraby, Calamvale, Drewvale, Karawatha and Pallara, plus Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Springwood, Slacks Creek, Woodridge and Browns Plains sit inside the same run. Full service areas.
How a build runs here
Discovery call
Twenty minutes on what you sell, who rings you and what the current site does badly.
Scope and price in writing
Fixed pages, fixed number, fixed dates, plus what isn't included so nothing turns into a variation later.
Build on a staging link
You comment on the real thing, not a flat picture of it.
Launch and training
We move it, check the redirects so your rankings survive, and show your team how to add a job without ringing us.
Why Logan operators hand us the build
Real developers, not a template farm.
WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom work, and the people who write the code also run the servers. AWS certified.
A fixed number before we start.
Fixed scope, fixed price, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something new. Anything ongoing is month to month.
Support that answers.
Australian hosting in a Sydney data centre and a managed support reply in 1 to 3 hours, so a form that dies on a Friday is our problem.
"We've been burned by an agency before."
Most people we speak to have been, and it's the same story. Attentive during the sale, gone after launch. Hence no lock in contract and one account manager with a direct number.
