Consulting

Marketing and growth consultation

Independent advice from a team that also does the work, so you find what's broken before spending more on traffic.

Consulting: An honest read before you spend.

The short answer

Marketing consultation is paid advice on where your growth is stuck and what to do about it. AR Digital Solutions audits your demand, offer, website, follow up and channels, then gives you a written plan. Trading since 2015 from Brisbane, 32 staff, rated 4.9 from 96 reviews.

What you can bring to us

Marketing consultation.

A working session on positioning, offer and channel mix, with a written plan you could hand to any agency.

Business growth and expansion.

A second location, a new service line or a new state, and what changes first.

Marketing audits.

A read on your site, rankings, ad accounts and enquiry handling.

CRM solutions.

Where enquiries land, who owns them, and what happens at hour one.

GoHighLevel setup and support.

We're GoHighLevel Certified and use it daily, so it gets configured properly rather than half migrated.

A second opinion.

Plenty of people arrive holding another agency's proposal and want to know if it's sensible.

Most marketing problems are not marketing problems

The call usually starts the same way. Enquiries are down, so the marketing must need replacing. Sometimes that's right. More often the marketing is fine and something either side of it is broken, which is why swapping agencies produces the same result at a new price.

There are five places a growth problem can live. Check them in this order.

Demand.

Is anyone looking for what you sell? Search volume, competitors bidding, a map pack with reviews in it. If nothing is there, the market isn't hiding, it's absent, and no budget fixes that. You either sell to a market that exists or spend a year building one, and those cost very different amounts. Which one you're in decides the whole marketing plan.

The offer.

Traffic arrives and leaves. Before blaming the ads, read your own quote the way a stranger would. Is it obvious what's included, what happens next, and why you rather than the cheaper one down the road? A weak offer just loses money faster.

The website.

People land and go. Phone number invisible on a phone, a form asking eleven questions, six seconds to load, no answer to the thing they came to check. Test it on your own mobile, on mobile data, in a car park. That's a website design problem, not a marketing one.

The follow up.

This is the big one, and it's where the money is. Enquiries arrive and nothing happens fast enough. The lead sits in an inbox until after lunch, or the voicemail gets returned tomorrow, by which point the person has booked whoever answered. Nobody notices, because the leads still show in the report.

The channel.

Only when the first four are sound does it become a question of Google versus Meta. That's what almost everyone opens with, and it's the last thing to ask.

How to tell which one it is, this week.

Ring your own business from a number nobody recognises and count the rings. Fill in your own form and time the reply. Pull the last twenty enquiries and count how many got a second contact attempt. Most owners find their answer there.

The evidence.

Finguard Finance came to us with a lead volume problem. Meta Ads lifted lead generation by 50%, the figure most agencies would put in the case study. The one that mattered more was lead to client conversion up 30%, and that came from automating the follow up rather than buying traffic. Integrity Insurance ran the same shape: traffic up 60%, leads up 45%, lead to client conversion up 35% once nurture automation was in place. Both client reported.

In both accounts a large share of the gain came after the enquiry, not before it. Spending more on ads when nobody rings back is the most expensive mistake in this market, and the one we're asked to fix most often.

How a consultation runs

  1. A call before anything is billed

Twenty minutes on what you sell, what you're seeing and what you've tried.

  2. We look at the data ourselves

Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and CRM records, including where enquiries went rather than where they came from.

  3. You get findings in writing

Ranked by what moves first, with cost and effort against each item.

  4. You decide who does the work

Us, your team, or another agency. The document works either way.

Who this suits, and who it doesn't

It works for owners spending real money without a clear read on what it returns, businesses about to expand, and anyone holding a proposal they can't judge.

It's a poor fit if you want someone to validate a decision you've already made.

Why the advice is worth paying for

We also do the work.

Consultants who've never run a campaign give advice that can't be built. Everything we recommend has been shipped by our team.

A dedicated account manager.

One person, one number, holding the context so you're not re explaining your business every quarter.

No lock in contracts.

Take the plan and run it yourself.

"How do I know you won't just recommend your own services?"

Fair question. The audit regularly ends with us saying the site is fine and the follow up isn't, which is a far smaller invoice than a rebuild. Read the case studies.
