The short answer

AR Digital Solutions is a digital agency at Pallara in Brisbane's south, trading since 2015. We have 32 staff covering website design, search, paid media, social, custom software and managed hosting, and we work Australia wide. ABN 32 686 188 661. Rated 4.9 from 96 reviews.

What we started with, and what changed

123

There's no origin story here worth dressing up. The business started in 2015 building websites, and that was the whole offer for a while. What kept happening after handover is why the company looks the way it does now.

Clients launched a good site and rang six months later asking why nobody could find it, so we hired search people. They wanted traffic faster than SEO delivers it, so paid search and social came next. Then came the calls that had nothing to do with marketing: the site's down, the email's bouncing, the domain sits with a registrar overseas who won't answer. Hosting and support came in house after that. Software was last, because enough clients needed something that didn't exist off the shelf.

Eleven years on that's 32 people in one office, and every part of it exists because a client asked.

Four suppliers, and nobody accountable

The usual arrangement is a designer who built the site, an SEO agency that inherited it, a hosting company overseas, and a developer someone found on Upwork in 2021. They've never spoken, so the relaying is your job and all four have a reason it's someone else's fault.

In one building that conversation disappears. The developer who built your site fixes the tracking that afternoon, and your ads lead can check with your SEO lead before paying for traffic to a page that already ranks.

One account manager, and what they actually do

Every account gets a dedicated account manager. One person, one number, one inbox, and they stay on your account rather than rotating out each quarter.

They're not a middleman who forwards emails. They know what's on your site, what your campaigns did last month, and what we advised against in March. When you ring, you don't start by explaining who you are.

Behind them sits whoever the work needs: a designer, a developer, an SEO executive, a paid media specialist, the DevOps engineer if it's a server problem. Projects run to a fixed scope and a fixed number agreed up front, retainers run month to month, and reports lead with enquiries rather than rankings.

There's nothing to sign your way out of

No lock in contracts. Retainers are month to month and you can end them whenever you want. That isn't generosity. A twelve month contract mostly protects an agency from the consequences of eight bad months.

Ownership works the same way. Your domain, hosting account, ad accounts, website files and data are yours, and we transfer them on request, in writing, without a negotiation about it.

What we take on, and what we don't

We build on WordPress, Shopify and Webflow, and we write custom applications when what a client needs doesn't exist yet. We run search, paid media and social. We host in Australia and support what we host.

What we don't do: print and brand work beyond what a website needs, PR, or media buying outside digital. We won't touch link schemes or fake reviews. In NDIS, finance and migration we write to the advertising rules those sectors have, and we'll say no to a claim we can't substantiate.

We'll also tell you when you don't need us. Sometimes the site is fine and the real problem is what happens after the form gets filled in.

When we're the wrong agency for you

Worth reading before you book a call. It saves both of us a fortnight.

You're picking on price.

There's always someone cheaper. A $900 website exists and someone will sell you one.

You want a ranking guarantee.

Nobody can guarantee a position in a search engine they don't own. An agency promising one is targeting terms nobody searches, or hoping you won't check.

You want one tactic in isolation, no questions asked.

If we're running ads but can't look at the landing page or at how enquiries get handled, we're spending your money into a hole.

You want daily involvement in the build.

We'll show you progress on a staging link and we want your feedback where it counts. Design by daily phone call doesn't work, and the timeline stops being real.

Nobody on your side can approve anything.

Projects stall when feedback goes through four people and comes back contradictory. Without one decision maker, the dates won't hold.

You can't handle more enquiries.

If your phone already goes unanswered at 2pm, more leads make it worse.

What the badges actually mean

Shopify Partner.

A partner account with Shopify. It gives us development stores to build in, the ability to hand a finished store over to you, and partner support when the fault is at Shopify's end. It isn't an endorsement of our design.

Meta Business Partner.

Meta's vetted program, with requirements around managed ad spend and platform proficiency. It comes with a support path most advertisers don't have, which matters when an account is restricted.

Google Ads Certified.

An individual certification through Google's Skillshop, sat by the people running ads here and renewed periodically.

AWS Certified.

Amazon's exam based certification, held on the infrastructure side of the team. It matters because we run servers rather than reselling shared hosting.

GoHighLevel Certified.

The CRM many clients run leads through, so we fix the automations instead of sending you to their support.

Our work and our team have also been covered by The Australian, Small World Journal, Australia Digest, FOX, AP and Innovation.

Pallara, Brisbane

The office is at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara, near Calamvale and Doolandella. It's where the team sits and it's the only address the business has. We work Australia wide, and most of the work happens over calls and screen shares.
