Meta ads agency in Brisbane: Facebook and Instagram ads that report honestly

A good Meta ads agency sets up tracking properly and tells you plainly what each lead or sale cost. We're a Meta Business Partner based in Brisbane, running Facebook and Instagram ads for businesses across Australia. Our team builds the ads and landing pages in-house.

Digital marketing: Meta ads people actually stop for.

The short answer

Meta ads agency in Brisbane run by Meta Business Partner Amann Jhamb. Facebook and Instagram ads with Pixel and Conversions API tracking and clear reports.

Where Meta ads fit

Google Ads catches people who are already searching. Meta ads reach people before they search, based on who they are and what they engage with. That makes Facebook and Instagram strong for visual products and for offers that need a bit of explaining.

Many clients run both: Google Ads handles existing demand, while Meta creates new demand and remarkets to past visitors.

Lead ads or website conversions?

Lead ads use an instant form inside Facebook or Instagram, so people can enquire without leaving the app. They're often cheaper per lead, but quality varies. We usually choose the "Higher intent" form type, which adds a review step, plus a qualifying question.

Website conversion campaigns send people to a landing page on your site. Cost per lead is often higher, but people have seen more of your business first, which tends to suit finance and migration clients.

Where budget allows, we test both and judge them on what happens after the enquiry.

Fun fact

Facebook's Like button was nearly called the "Awesome" button.

Tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API

The Meta Pixel tracks actions in the browser. Browser privacy settings and ad blockers mean some of those events never arrive, so we also set up the Conversions API, which sends events from your server or platform straight to Meta. The two run together with deduplication, so a single lead isn't counted twice.

We check the Event Match Quality score in Meta Events Manager and fix gaps. On Shopify, the Facebook and Instagram app handles most of this; on WordPress and custom builds, our team sets it up directly.

Creative testing

On Meta, the creative does most of the targeting work. We test different hooks and formats (video, static images, carousels, collections), then back what works. Phone-filmed videos often beat studio content, and our team can produce AI-assisted video when you can't film.

Audiences and Advantage+

Meta's Advantage+ audience uses your targeting as a suggestion and finds people it predicts will convert. It works well once tracking is healthy. We still build custom audiences from website visitors, video viewers, Instagram engagers and customer lists for remarketing.

Catalogue ads for ecommerce

For online stores, Advantage+ catalogue ads show products from your catalogue to people likely to buy, including items they've already viewed. We connect your Shopify store or ecommerce site to Commerce Manager, clean up the product feed and set up product sets so budget goes to your best sellers.

Special ad categories and finance clients

Meta requires some ads to be declared under a special ad category: housing, employment, financial products and services (which replaced the older "credit" category), and social issues, elections or politics. These ads have restrictions on targeting by age, gender, postcode and detailed interests, plus a minimum location radius.

This matters for finance brokers and lenders. We check the current Meta rules before launch and keep ad wording in line with ASIC guidance on advertising financial products and credit, plus the ACCC's rules on misleading claims.

Marketing tip

Open Meta Events Manager this week and check your Pixel's Event Match Quality for your main conversion event. If it's rated poor or okay, adding the Conversions API is usually the quickest improvement.

Reporting you can read

Every client gets regular reports on results, cost per result and what's being tested next. For finance clients like Heavy Haulage Finance and Think Cap, we prepare multi-month trend reports, because finance leads take time to settle and a single week can mislead. We also provide Meta ads reporting for Success Immigration and have run Meta ads for Oak Garden Supplies.

Multi-month Meta ads trend chart showing cost per lead over time

Finguard Finance: this finance client’s lead ads averaged $24 per qualified lead over 4 months, down from $39 at launch, with 18% of leads booking a call (Meta Ads Manager, May to August 2026).
