Marketing

Marketing that fills the calendar

Search, paid ads and social from one in house team, aimed at enquiries you can count rather than impressions you can't spend.

Digital marketing: Search, social and paid, one team.

The short answer

Digital marketing services cover search engine optimisation, paid search, social media advertising and the content behind all of it. AR Digital Solutions runs the lot in house for Australian businesses, month to month, and reports on enquiries rather than impressions. Trading since 2015, 32 staff, rated 4.9 from 96 reviews.

What sits under marketing here

Search engine optimisation.

Technical fixes, local visibility, content and links, plus the newer work of getting named inside AI answers.

Paid search.

Google, Bing, YouTube and shopping, run by people who read the search terms report weekly rather than at renewal.

Social media marketing.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, with creative made for the platform rather than cropped from a print ad.

Conversion work.

The page traffic lands on matters more than the ad, so website design sits in the same room.

Tracking and reporting.

Call tracking, form attribution, and a monthly document that opens with enquiries rather than impressions.

Marketing audits.

A read on what you have before anyone sells a retainer.

Which channel should you spend on first

Nearly every owner asks this, and nearly every agency answers with whichever channel it sells. Three questions get you somewhere better, and you can work through them in twenty minutes.

One. Is anyone already searching for what you sell?

Type the thing you do plus your city into Google. Not your business name. If you get a block of ads, a map pack and four competitors bidding, demand exists and other people are already paying to collect it. That's the easiest money in marketing, because you aren't convincing anyone to want the thing. You're only competing to be the one they call.

If the page is thin, no ads and no real competitors, that's an answer too. Nobody is looking, so search can't rescue you. The first job is telling people the thing exists, which is social.

Where demand exists, paid search puts you in front of it this week at a price that never really drops, and SEO gets you there permanently and slowly. Run both, then wind the ads back as rankings hold.

Two. How long does someone take to decide?

A locksmith at 11pm has a buying cycle measured in minutes. Whoever answers wins.

Solar, a house extension or commercial insurance is a different animal. People take weeks, get four quotes, go quiet, come back. The click that gets credited is rarely the click that did the work, which is where good campaigns get killed by their own owners. Someone checks a 30 day return figure, sees nothing, and switches off what would have paid for itself by month three. Long cycles need retargeting, a CRM sequence and a site that survives a fourth visit. Emergency work needs almost none of that. It needs to be first and to answer.

Three. How much can you afford to lose while you learn?

Every channel charges tuition, and month one of a paid campaign buys data rather than customers. Work out what you can spend without it hurting, then concentrate it. One channel funded properly beats four funded at a fifth each. The most common paid media failure we see isn't bad strategy, it's a budget spread so thin no campaign ever collects enough clicks to tell luck from signal.

The order that usually works.

Harvest demand that already exists before paying to create new demand, fix the page traffic lands on, then widen into social once the first channel pays for itself.

Before any of it, check what happens to the enquiries you already get. If nobody rings back within the hour, more traffic just means more people you disappoint. That's a consultation conversation, not a media budget.

Not sure which of the three questions is your actual problem? The audit answers it in writing.

How a campaign runs

  1. We look at what's already working

Analytics, ad accounts, Search Console and your last twelve months of enquiries.

  2. We pick one channel to lead

With a target cost per enquiry and a date by which we'll know whether it works.

  3. We build and launch

Ads, pages, creative and tracking in house, so the page matches the ad.

  4. We report and adjust

Monthly, opening with enquiries. Bad month, the report says so.

Who this suits, and who it doesn't

It works for businesses with capacity to fill. Trades, professional services, clinics, stores with real ranges, and multi location operators needing one campaign to work in six suburbs.

It's a poor fit if you want a channel launched next week with no tracking, or the budget covers one month of testing and nothing after.

Why clients stay

Everyone on your account sits in the same building.

When a search term converts in the ad account, the SEO team hears that week rather than next quarter.

No lock in contracts.

Month to month, and you take your accounts and data with you if you go.

Reporting you can read in four minutes.

Enquiries first, then what we did. Rankings sit further down.

"We've been burned by an agency before."

Most people we speak to have. Ask for the audit before you spend anything with us, and if marketing isn't your problem we'll say so.
