SEO agency in Logan

If you're comparing agencies, here's how we're built, what you'd get in writing, and how to check the other quotes properly.

The short answer

We're an SEO agency working with Logan businesses from an office at Pallara, on the Logan boundary. Technical, content, links, local search and ads all sit in the same 32 person team. Retainers are month to month, you keep every account, and the first audit costs nothing.

Your agency has to know who your customers actually are

123

Logan is one of the most culturally diverse places in Queensland, and it shows in the shopfronts. Halal butchers and grocers around Woodridge and Logan Central. Pacific Island churches whose noticeboards move more work than any ad ever will. Indian, Vietnamese, Samoan, Tongan and African owned businesses trading side by side in the same centre, often with signage in two languages and a customer base that arrived in the area within the last twenty years.

That has real consequences for search work, and most agencies never think about them. People here search in English but with community words attached, so the term is rarely the one a keyword tool suggests first. Referrals travel through community Facebook groups and WhatsApp chains, which means a lot of your traffic arrives already knowing your name and searching for it directly. Reviews come in more than one language, and some customers won't leave one at all unless asked in person.

An agency that only reads a keyword volume report will miss most of that, then report that the terms have no search volume, and the enquiries will keep coming from somewhere it isn't measuring.

Four things to check that aren't in the pitch deck

All four are answerable in one email, and the answers sort quotes faster than any proposal will.

Ask who does the work.

Plenty of agencies sell you an Australian account manager and send the actual optimisation offshore to a team you'll never meet. Ask how many people are employed, where they sit, and what gets subcontracted.

Ask for a change log.

A real account has a dated list of what was changed and when. If nobody can produce one, the reporting is describing rankings rather than work.

Check who owns the accounts.

Your Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts should be owned by you with the agency added as a user. If the agency owns them, leaving costs you your history.

Ask what happens when you go.

Do the pages stay up. Does the content get pulled. Is there a notice period. Get the answer before the honeymoon, not during the argument.

The same four, about us

32 staff, in house, working from Pallara. Nothing is subcontracted offshore, and you can meet the team before you commit.

You get a change log every month, alongside a report that opens with enquiries. Every account stays in your name, with us added as a user, so if you leave you take the history with you. Retainers run month to month with no notice period to argue about, and the work stays live.

Our own address, since local search is what we're selling

We're at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara, which is on the Brisbane side of the Logan boundary, and it's the only office we have. It's close enough that our map pack reach genuinely covers the northern and western parts of Logan, which is more than most agencies pitching you can say. It doesn't reach Beenleigh, and we'd rather tell you that than be caught claiming a Logan office that doesn't exist.

Worth knowing while you compare: an agency claiming a Logan address it doesn't occupy is breaching Google's guidelines on the very service it's selling you.

Other places we take on accounts

We work with businesses in Underwood, Kuraby, Calamvale, Stretton and Pallara, plus Brisbane, and across Springwood, Slacks Creek and Browns Plains. Full list on our service areas page.

How an account starts here

  1. The audit, free

Written by the person who'd run your account, not generated by software.

  2. A scope you can read

What we'd do, in what order, for what monthly number, with what you should expect by when.

  3. Month one

Technical faults and the Google Business Profile, because those move first.

  4. Then the long work

Pages, digital PR and links, reviewed with you every month.

Reasons Logan clients stay

One account manager, not a queue.

One person, one direct number, and they know your business without you re explaining it every time you call.

Everything in house.

Technical, content, links, local and ads in one 32 person team, so nobody is waiting on a supplier who has never spoken to you.

No lock in contracts.

Month to month on retainers, fixed scope and price on projects. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the last one. Our reviews sit at 4.9 from 96.

"What if we want to leave?"

You give notice, you keep everything, and we hand over the change log and access without a fight. It happens rarely, which is the only argument for it that matters.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Still wondering about something? Call 07 3067 8910 or 0425 879 379, mon to fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

  • Only if you'll maintain both. A half updated second language site does more harm than none, and for many Logan businesses the better move is one English site plus a Google Business Profile set up to accept reviews and posts in other languages.

Put us through your own comparison

Ask for the free audit and use it as a sample of our work rather than a sales document. If you want the detail on the work itself rather than the agency, read SEO in Logan.
