The short answer
Brisbane graphic designer for logos, brochures, business cards, letterheads and email signatures. One consistent brand across digital and print, done in-house.

What does a graphic designer do for a small business?
A graphic designer turns your business into a clear visual identity: a logo, colours, fonts and everyday layouts. Done well, customers recognise you before they read your name.
After 15 years in websites and digital marketing, we design knowing a logo has to work as a tiny favicon and on the side of a van.
Design services that work together
Logo design Brisbane
We start with a short brief about your customers and competitors. You'll see a few considered concepts, and we refine one until it works in full colour and one colour.
Brochure design Brisbane
Brochures still earn their keep at trade shows and in quote packs. We plan the content first so each panel has one job, then set up the file to your printer's specs.
Business card design Brisbane
Space is tight, so we keep details readable and match the card to your logo and website.
Letterhead design
We design your letterhead and build it as a Word or Google Docs template that doesn't break when someone adds a second page.
Email signature design
You send more emails than any other branded material. We design light signatures that display properly in Gmail and Outlook, so your logo doesn't arrive as an attachment.
Fun fact
Google once tested 41 shades of blue to find the link colour people clicked most. Colour choices really do change how people behave.
Brand basics every business should have
We put your foundations on a one-page brand sheet so your team and printer work from the same rules.
- Colours: primary and secondary colours with HEX codes for screen and CMYK values for print
- Fonts: one heading font and one body font, with web-safe fallbacks
- Logo versions: full logo, a stacked or icon version, and a one-colour version
Logo files you should own
Plenty of owners only have a blurry JPG. At the end of a project you get:
- SVG: a vector file for your website that stays sharp at any size
- PNG: with a transparent background, for social media, documents and slides
- PDF: a vector file that printers, sign writers and embroiderers can use
You own these files. Keep them in a shared Google Drive folder so you never have to ask for your own logo.
Print tips that save you a reprint
Print mistakes usually show up after 500 cards arrive. We check every file for:
- Bleed: artwork that runs to the edge needs extra past the trim line (many printers ask for 3mm), or you get thin white edges.
- CMYK: screens use RGB and printers use CMYK. Bright screen colours can print duller, so we convert and check them.
- Safe zone: text sits a few millimetres inside the trim.
- Resolution: photos at 300 dpi at print size.
Marketing tip
This week, open your email signature, business card and Google Business Profile side by side. If the phone number, logo or colours don't match on all of them, fix the odd one out first. Consistent details help customers trust you.
Check the name before you commit
Before paying for a logo, search your name in IP Australia's trade mark search. Registering a business name with ASIC doesn't give you exclusive rights to it as a brand. If a similar mark exists in your category, change direction now rather than after printing, and speak to a trade mark attorney if unsure.
