About · Our team

Meet the team

32 people covering design, development, search, paid media, social and support. Here's who does what, and who you'll actually deal with.

The short answer

AR Digital Solutions has 32 staff. The team covers leadership and operations, development, design, search, paid media, social and customer support, and it's all in house rather than subcontracted. Every client account has one account manager who stays with it.

Leadership and operations

Operations is the part of an agency nobody puts on the website, and it's the reason your work ships on the date we said. This group owns scheduling, who is on your account, what's due this week, and what happens when a project needs more time than the estimate allowed. They're also who a complaint reaches if your account manager can't sort it out.

Development and design

Design decides whether someone stays on the page. Development decides whether it still works on a five year old Android with one bar of signal.

Day to day on your account, this group takes what came out of your discovery call and turns it into wireframes, then a design you sign off, then a build on a staging link you can watch progress on. After launch they're the ones handling the change requests: a new service page, a form that needs to feed your CRM, a checkout step that's losing people. The DevOps side runs the servers, the deployments and the backups behind all of it, which is why hosting problems get fixed here instead of raised with a third party.

The SEO team does the unglamorous half of the work. Technical fixes so pages can be crawled and indexed properly. Content built around what people actually type. Internal linking, local listings, and the newer job of getting your business named inside AI answers rather than just ranked below them.

On a typical month that means an audit list worked through, pages written or rewritten, on page changes pushed live, listings cleaned up, and a report that opens with enquiries rather than a ranking screenshot. In a competitive category they'll also tell you which terms aren't worth the budget yet.

Paid media is where money moves fastest in both directions, so it gets checked constantly. Search terms reports, negative keywords, bid adjustments, landing page tests, and killing the ad set that's quietly eating a third of the budget for nothing.

Social sits next to it because the two feed each other. This group plans the content calendar, writes and schedules posts, builds creative for the platform it's going on rather than resizing a print ad, and runs the paid side across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Arsh K runs the Meta and Google ad accounts alongside Priyanka Sharma, whose title covers Google Ads and SEO, which is how the paid and organic work stay pointed at the same pages.

Customer support

Support is the number you ring when the site is down, the email has stopped sending, or someone needs a password reset at 8am. Managed Support responds in 1 to 3 hours. Tickets get triaged here and passed straight to the developer or DevOps engineer who can fix them, rather than sitting in a queue waiting to be read.

Who you'll actually be talking to

One account manager. That's the person who knows your business, and it's the same person in month one and month twenty.

They run your calls, send your reports, and chase the work internally so you don't have to. When a specialist is needed they bring them in. A developer joins the call when there's a technical decision to make, your SEO executive joins when you want to argue about keywords, and the DevOps engineer turns up when a server is misbehaving, usually before you've noticed.

What doesn't happen is you being handed to someone new every quarter, or explaining your business again to a stranger because the last person left. And if the relationship with your account manager isn't working, say so and operations will change it. That's a normal request, not an awkward one.

Talk to the people who'd actually do the work

Book a discovery call and you'll speak to someone who can answer technical questions, not a salesperson reading from a deck. Twenty minutes is usually enough to work out whether we're the right fit.
