NDIS marketing agency on the Gold Coast

Referrals here move along a 57 kilometre strip. How much of it you can actually reach decides most of the rest.

The short answer

An NDIS marketing agency helps disability service providers get found and shortlisted by the people who make referrals. On the Gold Coast that means support coordinators, plan managers, hospital discharge teams and families who search by town rather than by city. AR Digital Solutions does that work for providers. We are not a provider ourselves.

One city, 57 kilometres, and four referral markets inside it

Nothing here works as a single catchment. Coordination and plan management sit thickest around Southport and Bundall, and Gold Coast University Hospital pushes discharge and post injury referrals into the same few kilometres. Allied health spreads through Robina and Varsity Lakes. Delivery runs elsewhere, north through Coomera, Pimpama and Ormeau where estates are still being handed over, and south past Palm Beach to Coolangatta.

A coordinator in Southport with a participant in Coolangatta will not place with a provider whose workers start at Ormeau. That is fifty minutes down the M1 at the wrong time of day, and no roster carries it twice. The northern end competes with Logan as well, since Ormeau, Yatala and Pimpama pull staff and referrals from Beenleigh and Browns Plains.

Coverage is a promise about travel time, and it is where providers overclaim

Every directory has a service area field, and almost every Gold Coast provider ticks the whole city. It reads as ambition and behaves as a slow leak.

A coordinator filters for community access on the Coast, rings the first six results, and three say they cannot get anyone to Tugun. Those three come off the list for the next participant too, because nobody carrying a caseload keeps testing providers who say no.

The fix is unglamorous. Publish coverage as drive time from where your workers start their shifts, not from the address on your registration. Name the towns rather than the city, and split it by service, because supported independent living is fixed to a house, community access travels, and clinic based therapy does not travel at all. Date it, and change the date when the roster changes. The same discipline belongs in the campaigns, because anything pointed at the whole Coast buys enquiries from the ends of the strip you cannot staff.

The referrers who matter on the Coast

Coordinators and plan managers, clustered in the middle.

They shortlist from memory first and from a search second, so marketing owns the checking step. A current capability sheet, a capacity page with a real date on it, and a note to the coordinators you know when something opens up. LinkedIn is where a good share of them sit and most providers have nothing there.

Hospital discharge and rehabilitation.

Referrals out of the Southport health precinct arrive with a deadline attached. If intake takes two days, that one has gone.

Search for a named support in a named town.

Not "NDIS provider Gold Coast". Community access Robina. Supported independent living vacancy Nerang. Local SEO for what you deliver where you staff beats a broad campaign, and those terms are barely contested.

Recruitment, which is the real constraint more often than referrals.

The Coast prices support work against hospitality and construction, and both compete hardest over summer. Facebook and Instagram ads by suburb and shift type fill roles faster than a jobs board. Meta does not permit targeting by disability or health condition, so anything participant facing stays broad and location based.

What we do and do not do

We are a marketing and web team working for providers. AR Digital Solutions holds no registration, delivers no supports, and gives no guidance on registration or audits. The Practice Standards and the Commission's advertising expectations apply to you rather than to us. We write to them, keep claims about what a support will do for a participant out of the copy, and hand your compliance person a draft first.

Our only office is at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara in Brisbane, and there is no Gold Coast address. That costs you nothing. Map results are weighted by how close a business sits to the searcher, so your own pin decides them, and everything past your map area is won with pages about the supports you deliver in the towns you staff.

Other parts of the Coast we work across

Catchments run north to south rather than by council boundary, so the towns providers most often staff get their own pages.

NDIS marketing in Southport, Robina, Coomera and Burleigh Heads. If the site is the weak link rather than the visibility, start with NDIS website design on the Gold Coast, and how we work with providers covers the rest.

How we start with a provider

  1. We map the strip against your roster

Where workers start, how far they travel, which services move and which do not.

  2. We fix the claim before the campaign

Coverage, capacity and contact details corrected everywhere they appear.

  3. We chase the narrow searches

Named supports in named towns, plus vacancy queries.

  4. We count by source

Coordinator, hospital, directory and search, counted separately, with calls tracked rather than guessed.

Why providers keep us on

Support that answers the same day.

Managed Support replies in one to three hours, and your account manager is a named person rather than a shared inbox.

Everything stays in your name.

Ad accounts, analytics, directory logins, domain and hosting, the last of it in a Sydney data centre.

Trading since 2015, rated 4.9 from 96 reviews.

Public reviews, and most new work comes from clients we already have.

"We ran ads once and got enquiries we had to knock back."

Usually a coverage problem rather than an ad problem. Fix the service area first and the same spend produces fewer enquiries, more of which you can accept.
