The short answer
We're a full service marketing agency working with Parramatta businesses, covering search, paid ads, social, email and the website underneath. One team of 32, one account manager, no lock in contract, rated 4.9 from 96 reviews. Our office is in Brisbane, which we say before you ask.
Church Street runs on two clocks
Parramatta's hospitality trade is two businesses wearing one apron.
Monday to Thursday it runs on the towers. Parramatta Square, the government departments and the corporate floors put thousands of people on the street at midday, and they pick somewhere in the four minutes before leaving the desk. Those searches happen on a phone, inside a kilometre, and are won on opening hours and photos.
Friday to Sunday is a different trade. Church Street pulls diners from across western Sydney, Harris Park fills around Wigram Street, and Rosehill brings event crowds. Those people travel twenty minutes, have usually chosen a cuisine rather than a venue, and decide in a group chat off a Google listing and an Instagram grid.
Westfield Parramatta adds another rhythm again, and the light rail keeps changing where people get off. The mistake we see most is one message across all of it. Weekday lunch and weekend destination trade need different offers, channels and ad hours. Same kitchen, two campaigns.
Our office is in Brisbane, and here's what it changes
Straight answer, early, because it's the first thing people want to ask and the last thing they do. We have one office, at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara in Brisbane, and no Sydney branch. Anyone telling you an agency must be local is describing a preference, not a mechanism.
What that costs you is presence. Nobody from our team drops into service on a Saturday night, and if that matters, hire someone who can walk in. What it doesn't cost you is response. Your account manager is one named person on an Australian number, Managed Support answers in one to three hours, and Brisbane runs on Sydney time except for an hour over summer.
Then the part people assume goes the other way. Your position in Google's map results comes from your own verified pin, your category and how close the searcher is. Our address contributes nothing. A venue on Church Street and one in Harris Park get different results for the same search because they sit in different places.
Count the taps between a search and a booked table
Here's a test worth running tonight, on your own phone, as a stranger would. Search your cuisine plus Parramatta, find your listing, book a table, and count every tap. Not how it feels to you, who knows the way. Count them.
Most venues we look at land between seven and eleven, and the drop off past four is brutal. The causes are usually fixable in a week. The booking link points at the homepage rather than the booking engine. A video header takes six seconds on mobile data. A popup covers the menu. The phone number is an image.
Four is the target: search, listing, book, confirm.
Do that before spending on ads. Paid traffic multiplies whatever your conversion rate already is, so five hundred more people into an eleven tap flow buys five hundred more people leaving.
Two things move more than another post: answer every review in your own voice, and keep the photos current.
The channels, and which you need
For a venue that means the Business Profile first, then Instagram and Meta ads at the weekend catchment, Google Ads for the lunch searches, and email and SMS for regulars. Sector detail sits on our hospitality page.
For the professional firms and trades in the same postcode that order flips and search does most of the work. Digital marketing in Parramatta goes through that choice. We'd rather run two channels well than six at half attention.
Around Parramatta
Each of these trades to a different crowd, so campaigns run separately.
Marketing agency work in Harris Park, Westmead, Granville, Rosehill and North Parramatta. If the site is the bottleneck, start with website design in Parramatta.
How we start
We look at the lot
Site, listing, reviews, ads, social, six months of bookings.
A plan with a number on it
Which channels, in what order, the monthly cost, what ninety days should look like.
We run it
Campaigns, creative, pages and reporting, with your account manager as the contact.
We adjust in the open
Reporting that leads with bookings and calls, and a straight explanation of a bad month.
What clients say they wanted
Someone who answers.
Managed Support replies in one to three hours, and your account manager knows your venue without being reminded.
Builders as well as marketers.
The development team is in the same business, so a slow site or broken booking form gets fixed rather than logged for your web guy.
Results reported as bookings.
Reach and impressions are inputs. The report opens with covers, calls and forms.
"We tried ads before and it didn't work."
Usually because the spend went into a flow that was losing people before the ads started. We check that first, and we'll say so if ads aren't your problem.
