The short answer
AR Digital Solutions is a marketing agency for Surfers Paradise businesses, running search, paid ads, social and websites through one in house team of 32. You work with one account manager who sees every channel, retainers run month to month, and every account stays in your name. It suits businesses trying to win the suburb's growing resident market.
A tourist strip that is also a neighbourhood now
Most people picture Surfers Paradise as Cavill Avenue, the beach and a skyline of holiday apartments. That's still true. But new towers keep going up, and plenty of the people living in them are permanent residents rather than holidaymakers, with the same everyday needs as residents anywhere.
Those residents are a different market from visitors. They buy every week, not once. They want a regular cafe, a physio, a groomer, a gym, a mechanic across the river in Bundall. When they move in, they have no existing suppliers, so they search, compare and choose within a few weeks. After that, habits set.
Many of the businesses opening at the base of new buildings, or along the streets back from The Esplanade, are new too. They are competing against established names for the attention of new residents, often without much history or many reviews.
The ones that do well get their listing, reviews, website and social working together early, and keep them consistent. That is hard to do with four different suppliers.
Why a single team matters for a new business
Planning across channels.
Your account manager decides with you where the first dollars go, whether that's search, ads or social, and adjusts as results come in.
Search and maps.
A complete Business Profile, a fast website and service pages that match what new residents search for.
Paid campaigns with a clear job.
Google Ads for people ready to buy, Meta ads for people nearby who don't know you yet. Both paused when they stop paying.
Social that shows you're part of the neighbourhood.
Regular posts and replies handled by our social media team.
Follow up that turns enquiries into customers.
CRM and automated follow up so a new enquiry isn't left sitting in an inbox.
One report, all channels.
You see what each channel produced in one place, explained by one person. The full list is on our marketing page.
Winning new residents in a crowded suburb
Surfers Paradise has a dense business base, so map results are tightly contested. Your listing will show best within a short walk of your address, and much less beyond that. That makes reviews, photos and categories especially important.
New residents also search differently from visitors. They use words like "near me", "local" and "regular", and they look at recent reviews more than star ratings. Pages and posts that speak to residents, not just tourists, help you appear for those searches.
Our only office is in Pallara, Brisbane. We don't appear in local results here.
Across the river and along the beach
We also work with businesses in Bundall, Main Beach and Southport, as well as Broadbeach. The full list is on our service areas page.
