NDIS marketing · Sunshine Coast, QLD

NDIS marketing agency on the Sunshine Coast

A dozen town centres, no single CBD, and a roster that decides how much of it you can market to.

The short answer

An NDIS marketing agency handles the website, search visibility and campaigns for disability service providers. On the Sunshine Coast the deciding factor is geography, because participants, coordinators and support workers are spread across a dozen separate towns. AR Digital Solutions does this work for providers. We are not a provider ourselves.

Your participants are spread across a dozen towns, and the roster pays for it

The Sunshine Coast runs from Caloundra north to Noosa, then west into the hinterland at Nambour and Maleny. There is no centre. There are a dozen town centres with their own catchments, and providers here work across several at once.

That geography shows up in the roster first. A worker with a morning visit at Caloundra and an afternoon at Coolum spends more than an hour of the day in the car, and a hinterland visit turns four participants into two. Providers based in one town routinely hold participants in five, because referrals were accepted one at a time and each looked manageable on its own.

The health precinct at Birtinya pushes discharge referrals into the middle of the region, the estates at Caloundra South and Palmview are bringing in young families, and aged care is dense enough that both sectors recruit from one pool of workers.

Cluster density is the number that should drive your marketing

Most providers measure growth by participant count. Here the more useful number is how many participants you support within twenty minutes of each other.

Eight around Kawana and Birtinya can be rostered by two workers who stay employed. Eight scattered from Beerwah to Cooroy needs more staff and more travel, and returns less. Travel between participants is claimable only within the limits in the pricing arrangements, and past those limits the driving comes out of your margin. Workers who spend half a shift in the car leave.

So point the marketing at the clusters you already have. A page for each town you genuinely staff, campaigns limited to those towns, and coverage published town by town with a date on it.

It also means writing down where you are not taking referrals. That looks like turning work away and does the opposite: a coordinator who rings about Cooroy and gets a straight no rings again about Buderim next week, while the one who gets a maybe and a week of silence does not. Split it by service type too, since a supported independent living house does not move and therapy in your own rooms does not travel at all.

Where referrals start on the Coast

Support coordinators, spread across every town.

There is no single room where you meet them all, which is why the online material carries more load here than in a city. Give them a current capability sheet, an intake page dated the day it last changed, and a LinkedIn profile showing you exist between referrals.

Plan managers and hospital discharge.

Plan management is largely remote, so those referrals turn on what someone reads rather than who they know. Referrals out of Birtinya arrive with a date attached, and three days in intake is a participant placed elsewhere.

Searches that pair a support with a town.

Community access Nambour. Supported independent living Caloundra. Respite Coolum. Close to a decision, barely competed for, and where local SEO earns its place before anything broader.

Recruitment, usually the harder constraint.

Support work competes with hospitality and construction for the same people, and long drives make shifts unattractive. Facebook and Instagram ads split by town and shift pattern usually fill a vacancy sooner than a job board listing. One platform rule worth knowing: Meta will not let you target by disability or health condition, so participant facing campaigns stay broad and geographic.

What we do and what we do not do

To be clear about what we do: we build websites and run campaigns. AR Digital Solutions is not registered to deliver supports, provides none, and offers no view on your registration or your next audit. Those obligations, and the Commission's advertising expectations, sit with your organisation. Our part is to write inside them, describing what a support involves and who delivers it rather than what it will do for someone's life, with a draft going to whoever signs off internally before publication.

Our only office is at 1 Cheshire Street, Pallara in Brisbane, an hour and a half down the Bruce Highway. There is no Sunshine Coast address and we will not invent one, since a listing at an address you do not occupy is the quickest way to lose it. That costs you nothing, because map results follow the searcher and your own pin.

Other parts of the Coast

We work with providers from Caloundra through Kawana, Birtinya, Buderim and Coolum, north to Noosa, and inland to Nambour and Maleny.

NDIS marketing in Maroochydore covers the commercial centre, and Brisbane suits providers running teams at both ends of the highway. Where the website is the weak point rather than the visibility, NDIS website design on the Sunshine Coast is the better starting page, and our provider industry page sets out the wider approach.

How we start with a provider

  1. Map the roster first

Where workers start, how far they drive, and which towns hold enough participants to be worth growing.

  2. Correct the claims

Coverage, capacity, service list and contact details, fixed everywhere they appear, including directories you have forgotten.

  3. Go after the small queries

Support plus town, vacancy searches, and recruitment campaigns wherever staffing is the real limit.

  4. Count referrals by source

Coordinator, hospital, plan manager, directory and search, tracked separately with calls recorded. CRM setup and provider software where intake is the bottleneck.

Why providers work with us

Someone picks up.

Managed Support answers inside one to three hours, and the account manager is a person you can name.

Nothing is held over you.

The domain, the hosting in a Sydney data centre, the ad accounts and the directory logins are all yours.

We have made the mistakes on regulated accounts already.

Knowing which claims get queried saves a rewrite cycle, and sometimes a complaint.

"Our last agency wrote things we had to take down."

Common, usually because nobody involved had read the guidance. We write the constraint in first and hand your compliance person a draft to mark up rather than a live page to worry about.
