Hospitality without a high street
Priestdale is a small, mostly residential suburb on the Logan side of the Brisbane City boundary, with Rochedale South and Springwood beside it and Rochedale and Burbank across the line. It doesn't have a dining strip. When locals want a meal out they generally head to a neighbouring centre.
That doesn't mean there's no hospitality here. It just works differently. A lot of it runs from home or on wheels: caterers with a commercial kitchen out the back, cake decorators, grazing platter businesses, coffee vans, and people who hire out tables, marquees and party gear. Their customers are spread across Logan and the southern suburbs of Brisbane, and almost none of them will ever see a shopfront.
For these businesses the website is the shopfront. A family planning a 50th, a school organising a fete or an office booking a lunch will judge you on what loads on their phone. If the menu is a blurry photo, the prices are missing and the booking form breaks, they'll book someone in Springwood instead.

Few people search for Priestdale by name. They search for "catering Logan", "coffee van hire near me" or a neighbouring suburb. Because home based food businesses are usually set up as service area listings, the website needs to do the work of reaching further, with pages for your main services and the areas you cover.
Competition for broad catering terms across Logan and Brisbane's south is real. Specific terms, like a cuisine or event type, are usually easier to win.
