Nirimba Fields is one of Sydney's newest suburbs, close to Schofields and a short drive from Quakers Hill, Riverstone and Marsden Park. Its first commercial frontages are still being built. For now, the businesses here are mostly run from home: electricians, tilers, landscapers, cleaners, family day carers and builders' subcontractors, with a van in the driveway and jobs spread across the north west.
That's the commute problem in a nutshell. A tiler based in Nirimba Fields might spend Monday in Schofields, Tuesday in Kellyville and Wednesday in Blacktown. Very few customers are in the suburb itself, and fewer still search for "Nirimba Fields" by name. Plenty of people in Sydney haven't heard of it yet.
So a website that only says "Nirimba Fields" in the heading is aimed at almost no one. It has to speak to the places the work actually is, along Richmond Road, around Schofields station and out toward the Hills, without pretending you have a base in each.
