The short version
When SE Ranking rank tracking started on 6 February 2026, none of the tracked keywords appeared in Google’s top 100. As of 17 September 2026, 16 of 26 tracked keywords are on page one and 12 are in the top 3 (SE Ranking rank tracking, Google Australia).
What we did for Lucky Support Solutions
- Website designPlanned, designed and built by our own team, then kept up to date.
- SEOTechnical fixes, content and links, reported by enquiries not rankings.
What we delivered
The search work is the part with the tidiest numbers, but it was never the whole job for Lucky Support Solutions. We designed and built the website, structured for search from the first wireframe rather than optimised after the fact. The SEO programme runs on top of that: technical fixes, content written for the searches that actually turn into enquiries, and links earned in the client's own market.
The result is a marketing setup the client can call one number about.
The client
Lucky Support Solutions supports NDIS participants in suburbs including Mount Druitt, Blacktown, Penrith and Emerton. They want to reach more of Western Sydney and rank for the searches that bring in new participants, not only for generic NDIS service names.
The challenge
Western Sydney has a dense field of NDIS providers. Many sites repeat the same line-item names from the NDIS price guide, which gives Google little reason to rank one over another.
A newer provider also has to earn trust. Participants and families want to know how the NDIS works and how to check a provider before they make contact.
What our team did
- Blog library: a 50-article blog pack for the provider’s WordPress site.
- Foundation articles: 18 articles covering NDIS definitions, eligibility, funding, support categories, comparing and switching providers, complaints and how to verify a provider’s registration.
- Location pages: service pages for NDIS transport in Blacktown and Penrith, each written with its own angle. The Blacktown page leads with destinations and eligibility, while the Penrith page focuses on goals and helping families choose.
- Keyword tracking: a 53-keyword master list across priority tiers, with a SERP baseline workbook.
We’re now working on internal linking between the scheduled blogs and the service pages. There’s also a technical job still to finish: a server error and a split between the .com and .com.au versions of the domain.
Results
All figures come from SE Ranking rank tracking on Google Australia.
6 February 2026 (tracking starts): no tracked keywords in the top 100
As of 17 September 2026:
- 16 tracked keywords on page one, out of 26 tracked
- 20 tracked keywords in the top 30
- #1 for “NDIS Registered Provider Lethbridge” and “NDIS Registered Provider Emerton”
- #1 for “NDIS Transport Services Lethbridge” and “NDIS Transport Assistance Lethbridge”
- #1 for “NDIS Disability Support Lethbridge”
- #2 for “NDIS Services Provider Emerton”
These are local searches, and SE Ranking reports little or no search volume for any of them. That’s why the next stage matters: more suburbs and more commercial searches, with fixed technical foundations underneath. The results so far are a base to build on, not the finish line.

Fun fact
The .au country domain was first delegated in March 1986, and Australians have been able to register direct .au domains (like yourname.au) since March 2022. If you own more than one version of your domain, make sure only one of them is the main site.
Marketing tip (lesson learned)
Type your business website into a browser with and without “www”, and with each domain ending you own. Every version should land on the same address. If they don’t, Google may split your rankings across two sites.
