The short answer
A good SEO agency names the person writing your content, shows you a report with the flat months left in, and lets you leave with the pages and profile intact. We work with Maroochydore businesses as a 32 person in house team, rated 4.9 from 96 reviews, with no lock in contract.
The clinicians work across the Coast. The office is usually here
Health is the biggest employer on the Sunshine Coast, and Maroochydore is where a lot of its paperwork sits. The public hospital is fifteen minutes south at Birtinya and the private hospitals are up the hill at Buderim, but the psychology rooms, physiotherapy and podiatry clinics, speech and occupational therapy providers, audiologists and dental practices fill commercial floors here, through Kuluin and out towards Kunda Park.
The pattern that matters is this. The office, the intake team and the booking line are in Maroochydore. The actual appointments happen in Mooloolaba, Buderim, Alexandra Headland, a school in Nambour or a lounge room in Caloundra. So the business is anchored to one suburb and delivered across sixty kilometres, and the agency you hire needs to understand that before it writes a word.
The other local factor is the population. The Coast attracts retirees and young families in roughly equal measure, so demand for allied health, aged care and disability support keeps climbing while the number of practitioners does not. That is covered further on our NDIS marketing page.
Five questions worth asking every agency that pitches you
"Who writes the content, and can I speak to them before I sign?"
If the answer is vague, the writing is offshore and priced accordingly. Clinical and health adjacent copy written by someone who has never seen an Australian practice reads exactly like what it is, and patients notice before Google does.
"What does my registration let me publish?"
If you deliver a regulated health service, the national advertising rules restrict testimonials about it. Any agency promising to fill your site with patient praise is offering to breach them on your behalf. Reviews left on your Google profile are treated differently, and the line is worth confirming rather than guessing.
"What happens when a practitioner leaves?"
Practices here rotate staff constantly. Bios, individual booking pages, schema and directory listings all carry that person's name, and six months later they are still on the site. Ask who cleans that up and whether it is inside the retainer.
"What do you report when the diary is full?"
A clinic's problem is rarely total enquiry volume. It is the mix, because the waiting list is for one service while another has gaps. An agency that only reports totals cannot help with that, and one that will not turn a campaign down when you are at capacity is selling you something you cannot use.
"What do we keep if we leave?"
Ask it in the sales meeting and get it in writing. The pages, profile, tracking and analytics history should be yours because they always were.
Our own answers to the same five
Content is written by our staff and you can be on a call with the writer before signing anything. We build the trust signals your registration allows, qualifications, memberships and a plain description of a first appointment, and your principal approves the wording. Practitioner changes are part of the retainer, not a variation. Reports break enquiries down by service, so you can see which room is filling. Everything sits in your accounts from day one.
Where we lose. We are not the cheapest, and we do not advise on your compliance obligations. We market for practices, we are not a health provider.
Where else this team runs accounts
The same people run accounts in Mooloolaba, Buderim, Kuluin, Alexandra Headland and Kunda Park, regionally as an SEO agency on the Sunshine Coast, in Milton, and nationally from service areas.
What the first ninety days looks like
The audit comes before the retainer
Rankings measured from the Coast, technical faults, profile health, and the clinics currently above you.
A scope naming pages, not keywords
What gets built, in what order, and what each piece is supposed to move.
Repairs first, then publishing
Speed and structure early, then service pages and local SEO on the profile.
A twenty minute call each month
Document sent beforehand so the call is about decisions rather than reading.
Reasons to put us on the shortlist
Most of our growth is repeat work.
Clients coming back for a second project or referring someone else. It is the number we actually watch, and it is why the month to month arrangement suits us.
Nothing is subcontracted.
32 staff in house since 2015. Whoever writes your service pages can be put on a call with your practice principal.
Leaving costs a phone call.
No minimum term, and the profile, pages and analytics are in your name from the start. We would rather earn next month than hold you to last month.
"We were told we need twenty blog posts a month."
You almost certainly do not. Four properly researched service pages will beat forty thin posts, and volume pricing exists because volume is easy to sell, not because it works.
