The short answer
We design websites for NDIS providers in Castle Hill, including sole traders and small mobile teams working from home. Each site explains what you deliver, where you travel and how to make a referral, without publishing your home address. We build and market provider websites only. We are not an NDIS provider.
Many Hills providers have no clinic, just a car and a home office
A good share of the disability support delivered around Castle Hill doesn't come from a shopfront. It comes from independent support workers, mobile occupational therapists, speech pathologists and small teams who run the business from a spare room in Castle Hill, Cherrybrook or Kellyville and drive to participants across the Hills. Some are registered providers, many are not, and plenty moved into the work after years in a hospital or a larger organisation.
That set up is sensible, but it creates problems a standard website template ignores. There's no public address to publish, and you shouldn't publish your home one. Your service area is defined by how far you can drive between Castle Towers, Norwest and Baulkham Hills in a morning, not by a postcode. Your capacity changes week to week as participants start and finish. And support coordinators comparing you with larger providers want to see the same level of detail, even though you're one or two people.
The site has to make a small, mobile operation look exactly as organised as it is. It also has to protect your privacy while doing it.
What a home based provider's site needs to show
Where you travel, stated plainly.
A list of suburbs you service, such as Castle Hill, Cherrybrook, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Bella Vista, with a note on the areas you don't cover. It saves coordinators a phone call.
Who you are, with your credentials as text.
Name, discipline, qualifications, registration or membership details and the checks you hold. Written as readable text, not locked in an image.
Current availability.
A short, dated note on whether you're taking new participants, and for which supports. Your team can update it without contacting us.
Your registration status and funding arrangements, exactly.
Registered or unregistered, and whether you work with self managed, plan managed or agency managed participants. Vague wording raises questions.
A referral form that respects privacy.
It asks only for what you need at first contact, and it arrives securely in your inbox.
Accessible design, checked by a person.
Clear headings, labelled form fields, strong contrast, keyboard navigation and plain language, with a manual screen reader and keyboard check before launch.
Copy that stays within the rules.
Your supports are described accurately, with no claims about outcomes for participants. Drafts go to you for review before anything is published. See how we approach provider work on our NDIS industry page.
What we do and what stays with you
We build and market websites for NDIS providers. We are not an NDIS provider ourselves, we don't deliver supports, and compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards stays with you. We write to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's advertising expectations and keep participant outcome claims off the page, but nothing on this page or in our work is compliance advice.
Showing up in the Hills without a public address
Google allows businesses that travel to their customers to hide their address and list a service area instead. For a home based provider in Castle Hill, that's the right set up. Your listing shows in searches across the suburbs you choose, while your home address stays private.
The trade off is that service area listings rank less strongly outside the area near your hidden address. Well written pages for each support and each area you cover help fill that gap. Competition for NDIS terms in the Hills is moderate, and specific searches such as a named therapy plus a suburb are often wide open. Local SEO covers the listing set up in more detail.
Other areas we build provider sites for
We also build NDIS provider websites further west in Blacktown, and work with providers in Bella Vista, Cherrybrook and Norwest. For general business marketing nearby, see our pages for Baulkham Hills and Kellyville. The full list is on our service areas page.
How a provider build comes together
We start with how your service actually runs
Your supports, travel area, registration status, capacity and who reviews the copy.
We agree the scope in writing
Pages, features, content responsibilities and a fixed price, confirmed before work begins.
We build on a staging link you can review
Accessibility checks happen during the build, and every page of copy comes to you as a draft first.
We launch and keep it current
Hosting in Sydney, updates handled by Managed Support, and a simple way for you to change availability yourself.
Why small providers choose us
Your privacy is built into the site.
No home address, a business phone number, and a referral form that collects only what's needed.
One account manager.
The same person handles your site from the first call onwards, so you're not explaining your service twice.
Developers on staff.
Referral forms, booking tools and integrations are built by our own team.
"I'm a sole trader. Do I even need a proper website?"
Coordinators and families check online before they call. A clear, honest site with your credentials, travel area and availability can put a one person service on an equal footing with a large provider.
