Managed support

GoHighLevel support

Ongoing help inside your GoHighLevel account from a GoHighLevel Certified Australian team, answering in 1 to 3 hours.

The short answer

GoHighLevel support is ongoing help running an existing sub account: fixing workflows that misfire, cleaning duplicate contacts, keeping SMS and calendars working, and building the next automation. We're GoHighLevel Certified, based in Brisbane, and we respond in 1 to 3 hours.

What we help with

  • Workflow troubleshooting when something fires twice, late or not at all
  • Contact and pipeline clean up, including merging duplicates properly
  • Calendar, availability and time zone corrections
  • SMS and email sending problems, including sender and opt out compliance
  • New automations, forms, funnels and pipeline stages as the business changes
  • Reporting that reflects how your sales process actually runs
  • Integrations to the rest of your stack. See GoHighLevel integrations
  • A documented account, so the next person doesn't inherit a mystery

What actually breaks in a GoHighLevel account over time

Nothing breaks on day one. The build works, everyone's pleased, and then a year of small changes happens.

Workflows that fire twice.

The usual cause is two triggers overlapping. A workflow starts on form submission, another starts on tag added, and the form also adds the tag, so one enquiry gets two texts thirty seconds apart. Same shape when a contact is edited by an integration and the update re enters a workflow it already ran. The fix is boring and effective: one entry point per outcome, re entry switched off unless it's deliberate, and a test contact run through before it goes live.

Contacts duplicating across pipelines.

Someone rings from a mobile, fills a form with a different email, then books through a calendar with their nickname. Now there are three records, each in a different stage, and your pipeline value is wrong. It gets worse when an integration writes contacts in without matching on phone number. Merging isn't just tidying either, because the wrong merge order loses conversation history and attribution.

The automation nobody dares touch.

Every account we inherit has one. It was built by a contractor who's gone, it's named "Workflow 4 (copy)", it references custom fields nobody recognises, and everyone suspects that turning it off will stop the appointment reminders. So it stays, and it quietly sends something to somebody every week.

SMS that stops working after a compliance change.

Sending rules tighten, verification requirements change, or a sender detail no longer matches the registered business, and messages start failing silently. Nobody notices for days because nothing errors on screen. Australian marketing SMS also has to carry sender identification and a working opt out, which imported US templates frequently don't.

Calendars and time zones.

A sub account left on a US time zone sends reminders in the middle of the night. Wait steps until 9am obey the account setting, not the contact's location, and Queensland not observing daylight saving while New South Wales and Victoria do makes bookings across state lines a regular source of missed appointments.

How to audit an inherited account before you change anything.

Don't switch things off to see what happens. List every active workflow with its trigger and when it last ran, because the ones that haven't run in six months are usually safe and the ones running daily are load bearing. Export the contacts and look for duplicates on phone and email. Check the account time zone against the calendars against a real test booking. Read what actually goes out by running yourself through as a contact. Then document it, and only then start changing things, one at a time, with a test contact.

Send us the sub account and we'll audit it in read only before touching anything.

How support runs

  1. We audit what's live

Workflows, triggers, duplicates, calendars and sending setup, documented as it stands.

  2. We fix the dangerous ones first

Double sends, misfires and anything hitting customers, before the tidy up work.

  3. We document it

Named workflows, notes on triggers, and a map your team can read.

  4. We stay on it

Changes as the business changes, inside 1 to 3 hours, through managed support.

Who this suits, and who it doesn't

It suits businesses already running GoHighLevel with nobody internally who owns it, agencies wanting a technical team behind their sub accounts, and anyone who inherited an account they can't read.

It's a poor fit if you haven't built yet. Start with a GoHighLevel build, because supporting a bad structure costs more than replacing it.

Why clients hand the account over

GoHighLevel Certified, and in it daily.

We support Australian sub accounts every day, so numbers, sender rules and time zones are familiar rather than researched.

We respond in 1 to 3 hours.

Published and checkable. When automations are talking to your customers, a two day wait is a fortnight of wrong messages.

In house developers.

When GoHighLevel can't do it, we build the connection through GoHighLevel integrations rather than telling you it's impossible.

"Our account is a mess and we're embarrassed to show anyone."

Every account we audit is like that. It's what happens when a system grows with a business. We start with the parts affecting customers and work back.
