The short answer
An NDIS website for a Springvale practice has to separate its funding pathways clearly, name each therapy or support the way referrers search for it, meet accessibility standards and give coordinators a referral form that works. We design and build those sites. We are a web team, not an NDIS provider.
A practice that answers to three kinds of referrer
Allied health around Springvale rarely runs on one funding stream. A physio, OT, speech pathologist or psychologist working near Springvale Road might see a Medicare patient at nine, a private health client at ten and an NDIS participant at eleven. Each of those people arrived by a different route. The GP sent one. A support coordinator found another. The third searched on a phone.
The typical practice website was written for only the first. It lists services, mentions "NDIS welcome" at the bottom, and leaves a coordinator guessing whether you are registered, whether you have capacity, and whether you travel to Keysborough or Clayton South.
Springvale adds a language layer on top. It is one of Melbourne's best known Vietnamese and Asian community centres, so a practitioner who speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese or Khmer is worth finding, and that information is usually buried in a staff bio nobody reads. A site built for this area puts it where a referrer will see it, next to the service it applies to.
How we structure a mixed funding practice site
Separate paths for separate referrers.
A clear entry for NDIS participants and coordinators, another for GP referrals, and plain service pages underneath. Nobody has to read the Medicare section to find your NDIS details.
Registration stated exactly.
Registered, unregistered, or registered for some supports only. Coordinators and plan managers check, so vague wording costs you referrals.
Practitioner pages that answer the matching questions.
Discipline, languages, home or clinic visits, age groups, and availability, kept short enough to scan.
A referral form built for coordinators.
The fields they need to send, and an upload for plans or reports where that is appropriate, with a clear note on how the information is handled.
Capacity your staff can update.
A simple editable block, so availability is current without a support ticket.
Hosting and upkeep.
Australian hosting in a Sydney data centre and managed support for updates and fixes. The broader build approach is on our website design page.
Accessibility is the brief, not an add on
Your readers include people using screen readers, voice control, magnification and switch access. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as the working target and test with a keyboard and a screen reader before launch. That covers heading order, labelled fields, visible focus, colour contrast and error messages that say what went wrong.
Plain language matters just as much. Short sentences, one idea per paragraph, and service descriptions that say what happens at an appointment rather than what it might achieve.
We build and market websites for NDIS providers. We are not an NDIS provider ourselves, we do not deliver supports, and meeting the Practice Standards stays your responsibility. The NDIS industry page explains how we handle copy review.
Being found for a therapy search near Springvale
Searches here tend to be specific: a discipline, a suburb, sometimes a language. The map pack favours practices close to the searcher, so a clinic address in Springvale helps for Springvale searches and weakens as you move toward Dandenong. Pages for each discipline, and for each suburb you visit, carry you further than the listing can. Competition is real because Greater Dandenong has a lot of providers, but many practice sites have never named their languages or their NDIS position clearly, which leaves room.
Provider sites across the south east
We also build provider sites for practices in Noble Park, Dandenong and Keysborough, as well as Clayton South. See every suburb on our service areas page.
How a practice build runs
We map your referrers
Who sends clients, what each needs to see, and who signs off copy.
We agree scope and price in writing
Pages, forms, integrations and dates, fixed before work starts.
We build on a staging link
You review as it grows, and we run accessibility checks before launch.
We hand over and stay on
Training for your staff, then hosting and updates through one account manager.
What a practice gets from a larger team
Developers who can connect your systems.
Booking tools, practice software and forms that feed the right inbox, built by our own staff.
A dedicated account manager.
One contact who knows your practice, not a queue.
"We already have a website from our practice software."
That can be fine. We'll look at it with you and say whether it needs a rebuild or a few changed pages.
