The short answer
NDIS website design in Geelong means building for allied health and support providers whose referrals come through coordinators, hospital teams and families. We build accessible sites with clear service and coverage pages and factual copy. We are a web and marketing team, not an NDIS provider, and compliance decisions stay with you.
Therapy practices sit at the centre of the local sector
Geelong's health economy is large for a regional city. University Hospital Geelong anchors it, Deakin's Waurn Ponds campus trains health professionals, and the NDIA's national office is in the city too. That last point is a fact about Geelong, not an advantage for any provider. It doesn't change how participants or coordinators find you.
A lot of the NDIS work here is delivered by allied health practices: occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians and behaviour support practitioners. Many of them also see private and Medicare clients. That mix creates a specific website problem. The same site has to speak to a participant's family, to a support coordinator checking capacity, and to a GP patient booking a standard appointment, without confusing any of them.
Therapy practices also carry two sets of rules into their marketing. Registered practitioners work under Ahpra's advertising guidelines, and providers work within the NDIS Commission's expectations. A site built for a general clinic rarely handles either well.
Then there's distance. Families from the Bellarine, the Surf Coast and the northern suburbs travel into Geelong for therapy, or expect a therapist to come to them. The site has to say clearly which of those you offer, and where.
A site that serves families, coordinators and private patients at once
Separate paths for NDIS and private clients.
Clear entry points from the home page, so a family isn't wading through Medicare information and a private patient isn't puzzled by plan management terms.
A page written for coordinators.
Your referral process, current capacity, registration status stated accurately, the therapies and supports you provide, and a referral form that asks only for what you need.
Practitioner profiles.
Qualifications, registration details and areas of interest, written factually and kept up to date as your team changes.
Accessible from the first draft.
WCAG 2.2 AA is our working target: readable type, strong contrast, labelled fields, captions on video and plain language throughout.
Copy within both sets of rules.
No claims about participant outcomes and no clinical testimonials. Anything uncertain is flagged for your review rather than quietly published.
Forms that treat information carefully.
Only the fields needed for a first contact, a clear privacy statement, and delivery to the inbox that's actually checked.
Hosting is Australian, in a Sydney data centre. You can read more about our approach on the NDIS industry page and about the build itself on website design.
What we do, and what we don't
To be plain about our role: we're a web and marketing team that works for providers. We aren't registered to deliver supports, we don't advise on registration or audits, and nothing on this page is compliance advice. Your obligations under the Practice Standards remain with you, and your sign off is the last check on every page.
How participants and coordinators search in the Geelong region
Coordinators tend to search by therapy and area, such as "paediatric OT Geelong" or "speech pathologist Belmont". Families search more loosely, usually on a phone. The map pack favours practices close to the searcher, so a clinic in Newtown or Belmont shows well for central searches and less well for someone in Ocean Grove.
Mobile therapists can set up their listing as a service area business and name the towns they genuinely visit. Competition for broad NDIS terms includes large multi site organisations. Specific therapy plus suburb searches are far more reachable for a single practice. Where it's needed, we handle this through local SEO, and we never use a virtual office address to appear local.
Practices we work with around Geelong
We also build for providers in Newtown, Belmont, Corio, Torquay and Ocean Grove. The full list is on our service areas page.
How a provider build runs
A discovery call about your practice
Your therapies, NDIS registration position, private work, where you travel and who will update the site.
A fixed scope and page list
Agreed in writing, including what content you'll supply and what we'll draft.
Build and review on staging
You check every claim and test the referral form on your own phone before launch.
Launch and handover
A recorded walkthrough, so updating capacity never needs a support request.
Why providers are comfortable working with us
Careful copy.
We write factually, flag anything that looks risky, and leave the final call with you.
You own everything.
Domain, hosting and logins sit in your name. If you move on, the site goes with you.
Support that answers.
Managed Support replies within 1 to 3 hours, and one account manager knows your practice without a recap.
"We're a busy practice. How much of our time will this take?"
Mostly the discovery call, content review and final sign off. We draft pages from your notes so clinicians aren't writing from scratch.
