The short answer
We market NDIS providers in Calamvale through local search, directory listings, material for support coordinators and carefully worded campaigns. We are not an NDIS provider. The aim is to make your supports easy to find and easy to refer to, without claims about participant outcomes and with your team approving every word.
A provider base that works from family streets
Calamvale is a large family suburb, and disability services are part of its everyday business mix. Many providers here are small. A registered or unregistered operator running from a home office, a team of support workers driving between clients in Stretton, Algester, Drewvale and Parkinson, a therapy practice with a few rooms near Calamvale Central. Few have a shopfront, and most rely on referrals.
The community is very multicultural, and that shapes how families choose. Participants and their families often want to know whether a worker understands their culture or speaks their language, and word of mouth inside community networks can matter more than anything a provider publishes.
Referrals also move across suburb lines. A coordinator placing a participant in Calamvale may be based in Sunnybank Hills, Logan or the city, and will check a provider's website and listings before making contact. For a small Calamvale provider, the marketing job is less about volume and more about being findable and credible at that moment.
Where referrals for southside providers tend to begin
Support coordinators and plan managers.
The most valuable relationship for most providers. A current capability statement, an honest capacity update and a website that matches both do more than any campaign.
Provider directories.
Registered providers appear in the NDIS Provider Finder, and participant facing directories list many more. Listings are often created once and left to go stale. Keeping supports, service areas and contact details current is slow work that pays.
Local search for a specific support.
The searches that bring suitable enquiries are narrow: a named support in a named suburb. Local SEO for what you actually deliver, where your staff actually work, beats broad terms that bring enquiries you can't take.
Community word of mouth.
Families talk. Our part is making your information clear and easy to share, and never publishing a participant's story without written consent.
Paid social, used carefully.
It can build awareness in nearby suburbs, but Meta doesn't allow targeting by disability or health condition, and ad copy needs the same care as the website.
What we do, and what stays with you
AR Digital Solutions is not an NDIS provider. We build the websites and run the campaigns. Your obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Commission's advertising expectations remain yours, and we don't advise on registration, audits or the supports themselves.
In practice, that means we draft copy that describes your supports factually, avoids promises about outcomes, and flags anything your compliance lead should check. Nothing goes live until your team approves it. More on how we work with providers is on our NDIS industry page.
Being found for a support type in a suburb
Map results favour businesses close to the searcher, so a provider with a Calamvale address has a reasonable chance for searches made nearby. A home based provider should use a service area listing with the address hidden, and list only the suburbs where staff genuinely work.
Broad terms like "NDIS provider Brisbane" are crowded and rarely convert. Specific supports in specific suburbs are often far less contested, and those are the enquiries a small team can actually take on.
Other areas we work in
We also work with businesses and providers in Stretton and Sunnybank Hills, build provider websites in Drewvale, and market NDIS providers in Runcorn, plus Algester and Parkinson. See our service areas.
