Superior Quality Care: SEO and content for an Ipswich NDIS provider

Superior Quality Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Redbank Plains, in the Ipswich region. Our team handles their SEO strategy, website copy, blog content and social media, with monthly reporting to keep it all accountable. Alongside the search work we designed the website and run the Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Amann walking the Superior Quality Care team through their rank-tracking report on a large monitor, the result line highlighted; the client's workplace visible.

The short version

When SE Ranking rank tracking started on 29 September 2025, none of the 9 keywords tracked at the time were in Google’s top 30. As of 17 September 2026, 16 tracked keywords are on page one and 12 are in the top 5, out of 60 tracked (SE Ranking rank tracking, Google Australia).

What we did for Superior Quality Care

  • Website designDesigned and built in-house, structured for search from day one.
  • SEOOn-page, technical and content work with dated rank tracking.
  • Google AdsSearch campaigns managed month to month with plain-English reporting.
  • Meta AdsMeta campaigns run alongside the search work.

What we delivered

Rankings are one line on the report. For Superior Quality Care the engagement covers website design, SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads. We designed and built the website, structured for search from the first wireframe rather than optimised after the fact. The SEO programme runs on top of that: technical fixes, content written for the searches that actually turn into enquiries, and links earned in the client's own market. We also run the paid side, Google Ads for people already searching and Meta Ads for the people who are not yet, and report both in the same plain-English update as the organic numbers.

The result is a marketing setup the client can call one number about.

The client

Superior Quality Care supports NDIS participants across Ipswich, Logan, Toowoomba and Brisbane. Their services include supported independent living, community participation and help with daily personal activities.

The challenge

A provider in Redbank Plains competes with large organisations that have been online for years. Broad searches such as “NDIS group activities” are crowded, so a smaller provider needs to win the local searches first.

Trust is the other hurdle. Families choosing a provider want to see clear, accurate information before they pick up the phone, and generic copy doesn’t give them that.

What our team did

The engagement runs on several tracks at once:

  • Website copy: rewrites of 11 existing pages and 28 new pages, followed by 11 publish-ready SEO pages built around location and service searches.
  • Blog content: 25 articles answering common participant and family questions.
  • Keyword tracking: a 53-keyword master list with a colour-coded SERP tracking document.
  • Social media: a 100-day content calendar starting 8 May 2026, rotating across seven content pillars.
  • Reporting: a monthly SEO report so the team can see what moved and why.

We never invented proof points in the copy. Where a page needed details like years operating or qualifications, we flagged it for the client to confirm.

Results

All figures come from SE Ranking rank tracking on Google Australia.

29 September 2025 (tracking starts): 0 of 9 tracked keywords in the top 30 (the best sat at #42)

As of 17 September 2026:

  • 16 tracked keywords on page one, out of 60 tracked
  • 31 tracked keywords in the top 30
  • #1 for “Supported Independent Living Redbank” and #4 for “Supported Independent Living Redbank Plains” (about 20 searches a month)
  • #1 for “NDIS Accommodation in Redbank Plains” and “NDIS Accommodation in Redbank”
  • #1 for “Social Community Participation Redbank” and #3 in Toowoomba
  • #4 for “ndis household tasks Brisbane” (about 20 searches a month)

Most of these are local searches with low reported volume. That’s normal for suburb-level NDIS terms, and the people who type them are usually close to making a decision.

Fun fact

Google once tested 41 shades of blue to find the link colour people clicked most. Small details on a page can change how people act, and that’s worth remembering when you write a call to action.

Marketing tip (lesson learned)

Before you publish a service page, ask yourself one question: “Do we actually deliver this, in this suburb, today?” If the answer isn’t a firm yes, hold the page. A page that ranks for a service you can’t provide wastes a family’s time and your team’s.
