What we did for Equity Maxx
- Website designPlanned, designed and built by our own team, then kept up to date.
- SEOTechnical fixes, content and links, reported by enquiries not rankings.
- Google AdsCampaigns built, tracked and optimised by our in-house team.
- Meta AdsFacebook and Instagram campaigns, creative and audiences managed by us.
What we delivered
Rankings are one line on the report. For Equity Maxx the engagement covers website design, SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads. We designed and built the website, structured for search from the first wireframe rather than optimised after the fact. The SEO programme runs on top of that: technical fixes, content written for the searches that actually turn into enquiries, and links earned in the client's own market. We also run the paid side, Google Ads for people already searching and Meta Ads for the people who are not yet, and report both in the same plain-English update as the organic numbers.
Because one team does all of it, the site, the search work and the ads pull in the same direction.
The client
Equity Maxx works with home sellers, buyers and property investors. The keywords we track focus on suburbs west of Brisbane such as Springfield Lakes, Goodna, Brookwater, Augustine Heights and Redbank Plains.
The challenge
Real estate is one of the most crowded local search markets. Large portals take up much of page one, and many agencies compete for the same suburb searches. A boutique agency needs pages that answer a seller’s or buyer’s real questions and clearly belong to the suburbs it works in.
Trust also matters a lot. People are making big financial decisions, so thin or generic content doesn’t do the job.
What our team did
The package came in three parts, each delivered as a Word document:
- An audit of the agency’s existing pages
- New service pages and suburb pages
- A 25-post blog package
The blogs are split across five categories: seller guides, buyer guides, investor content, quarterly market reports for seven suburbs, and practical guides. Every post follows the same structure, with an SEO brief, a clear introduction credited to the agency principal, a structured body, 5 to 6 FAQs, an author bio and internal linking suggestions.
We wrote in Australian English and included Queensland-specific references where they help readers, such as REIQ, QCAT and the RTA. FAQs use FAQPage schema and are written so Google’s AI Overviews can understand them.
Results
- 8 keywords on page one on 26 May 2026
- 44 of 88 tracked keywords on page one today, with 52 in the top 30
- #1 for “equity maxx Real Estate” (about 70 searches a month)
- #1 for “sell our house fast Springfield Lakes”, holding the spot it had at the start
- #3 for “sell our house Springfield Central”, up from #6
- #3 for “sell our house Augustine Heights”, up from #10
- #2 for “property buyers agent Greenbank” and #3 for “top real estate agent Brookwater”
The suburb searches are the ones to watch. They’re small in volume, but someone typing “sell our house” plus their suburb is close to picking an agent.

Fun fact
Google’s search engine was originally called “BackRub” (1996), named for the way it analysed backlinks.
Marketing tip (lesson learned)
Write a quarterly market update for each suburb you work in. Sellers love local numbers, and a fresh report gives you a reason to email your database every quarter.
