What we delivered
Rankings are one line on the report. For Education Embassy the engagement covers website design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and automation and AI. We designed and built the website, structured for search from the first wireframe rather than optimised after the fact. The SEO programme runs on top of that: technical fixes, content written for the searches that actually turn into enquiries, and links earned in the client's own market. We also run the paid side, Google Ads for people already searching and Meta Ads for the people who are not yet, and report both in the same plain-English update as the organic numbers. Automation and AI handle the follow-up, so a lead that arrives at 10pm still gets a reply.
One team, one report, one number that matters: enquiries.
The client
Education Embassy works with students and visa applicants from its Brisbane base. It covers both sides of a common path: studying in Australia, then working through the visa steps that follow.
The challenge
Brisbane has a lot of migration agents, and many of them chase the same few searches. Terms like “migration agents Brisbane” bring in real volume, but page one is crowded and hard to reach.
Migration content also sits in Google’s “your money or your life” group. Pages about visa refusals and appeals need to be accurate and clearly written, because the people reading them are often worried and short on time.
What our team did
Website and technical checks
The site runs on Webflow. During our work we found crawlable staging copies of the site, which can lead Google to treat the wrong version as the main one. We flagged that as a bigger risk than most on-page issues. We also used Google Search Console to request recrawls where Google was showing outdated content.
Content for real situations
We built content around the moments people search for help. That includes guides on visa refusals and tribunal reviews, plus pages for people who want an agent who speaks their language, such as Hindi or Punjabi.
Spreading expertise across the team
Too much content was credited to one person, which makes a site’s authority fragile, so a wider spread of authors across page types became part of the plan.
Tracking at scale
The 553 tracked keywords range from core Brisbane agent searches to long-tail questions about refusals. That lets us see which topics move and which need more work.
Results
28 May 2026 (tracking starts): 9 tracked keywords on page one
As of 17 September 2026:
- 45 of 553 tracked keywords on page one, with 12 in the top 3
- 83 tracked keywords in the top 30
- #8 for “Migration Agents Brisbane” (about 880 searches a month)
- #7 for “immigration agents near us” (about 500 searches a month)
- #8 for “immigration agents brisbane” (about 590 searches a month)
- #4 for “education consultants brisbane” (about 40 searches a month)
- #3 for “education and migration services” (about 40 searches a month), up from #8
- #1 for “Hindi Speaking Migration Agent Australia” and “Punjabi Speaking Migration Agent Australia”
- #1 for “First 24 Hours After Visa Refusal” and “Skilled refusal appeal”
The refusal and language pages have small search volumes, but they matter because the people typing them have a specific problem and are close to asking for help.

Fun fact
Google’s search engine was originally called “BackRub” (1996), named for the way it analysed backlinks. Links still matter, but today Google also looks hard at who wrote a page and whether they know the topic.
Marketing tip (lesson learned)
If your site was built on a platform with a staging address (like a webflow.io subdomain), search for that address in Google this week. If staging pages show up, ask your developer to block them from indexing so Google doesn’t get confused about which site is the real one.
