What we did for Bullseye Consultants
- Website designPlanned, designed and built by our own team, then kept up to date.
- SEOTechnical fixes, content and links, reported by enquiries not rankings.
- Google AdsCampaigns built, tracked and optimised by our in-house team.
- Meta AdsFacebook and Instagram campaigns, creative and audiences managed by us.
What we delivered
The search work is the part with the tidiest numbers, but it was never the whole job for Bullseye Consultants. We designed and built the website, structured for search from the first wireframe rather than optimised after the fact. The SEO programme runs on top of that: technical fixes, content written for the searches that actually turn into enquiries, and links earned in the client's own market. We also run the paid side, Google Ads for people already searching and Meta Ads for the people who are not yet, and report both in the same plain-English update as the organic numbers.
Because one team does all of it, the site, the search work and the ads pull in the same direction.
The client
Bullseye Consultants helps people with Australian visas from its Brisbane base. The searches we target run from student visas through to harder cases, like character or health waivers.
The challenge
The biggest Brisbane migration searches are hard to hold. Plenty of agents and law firms compete for terms like “migration agents Brisbane”, and positions can swing from month to month.
Migration topics also sit in Google’s “your money or your life” group. Pages that explain waivers or natural justice letters need to be accurate and easy to follow, because the reader is often under real pressure.
What our team did
A review step for every piece of content
Every piece of content started as a document that the client reviewed before it was built and published on the WordPress site. That step matters in migration, where a small wording mistake can mislead a reader.
Content on the hard questions
The tracked keywords show where the content went: character and health waivers, Schedule 3 and condition 8503 waivers, section 57 natural justice letters, labour agreement visas and refugee visas. These are specific, worried searches, and good answers build trust before anyone calls.
Service pages by visa type
We also targeted Brisbane searches for student, business, family and child visa agents, so each service has its own page to rank.
Watching links and AI answers
We checked the site’s backlink profile with live data, and we tracked how the site appears in Google’s AI Overviews using SE Ranking.
Results
28 August 2025 (tracking starts): 6 tracked keywords on page one
As of 17 September 2026:
- 27 tracked keywords on page one, out of 191 tracked
- 86 tracked keywords in the top 30
- #1 for “bullseye consultants” (about 390 searches a month) and “bulls eye migration” (about 110 searches a month)
- #4 for “best immigration agent brisbane” (about 90 searches a month)
- #6 for “immigration consultant brisbane” (about 50 searches a month), up from #9
- #7 for “immigration agents brisbane” and “immigration agency brisbane” (about 590 searches a month each), both up from #9
- #4 for “s57 natural justice processing time” (about 30 searches a month)
- #7 for “482 visa labour agreement” (about 50 searches a month)
Not everything went up. “migration agents brisbane” (about 880 searches a month) was #7 when tracking started and is #24 today, and “immigration agent brisbane” has dropped out of the top 30. We include that because it’s the real picture. Broad head terms are the most contested searches in this market, and holding them takes steady work.

Fun fact
Email is older than the web. Ray Tomlinson sent the first network email and picked the @ symbol in 1971. Plenty of migration enquiries still start in an inbox, so a clear contact page is worth the effort.
Marketing tip (lesson learned)
Don’t judge SEO on one big keyword. Pick ten searches that match the services you actually want more of, and check them once a month. A drop on one head term can hide steady gains across the searches that bring in real clients.
